This course looks at how executives need to plan to resource their media firm/enterprise in order to ensure they fulfill their strategic objectives and secure media viability. It focuses on people as a resource. It is designed to improve individuals’ abilities to achieve objectives by making better use of personnel, understanding employees and their needs, communicating effectively, empowering and getting the most out of people, and dealing with challenges and issues that arise in human resource management and technology integration in the era of intelligent machines.
