The Association of Leadership Educators (ALE) is a grassroots, volunteer organization that is personal, adaptable, inclusive, and collaborative. ALE believes that collaboration and dialogue are the keys to expanding the field of leadership and developing leadership capacity. As leadership educators, our work is based on empirical knowledge and practical experience and the association promotes educational initiatives that are strategically designed to support people, organizations, and communities. |
